At his inauguration, President Trump put his hand on a Bible and swore to defend the United States Constitution. He must act now to fulfill that oath by acting forcibly against the Silent Coup that has raged unabated since January 2017 when he took office.
President Trump must forget about the re-election campaign of running on a roaring economy followed by the revelations of “Obamagate,” the effort of the Deep State to subvert the 2016 election. After Covid-19, the lockdowns, the loss of 40 million American jobs, and now rioting in nearly every major American city, that strategy is caput.
Since 2017, and then again in November 2018, when Democrats in such states as California, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Virginia, and Pennsylvania used massive voter fraud to regain control of the U.S. House of Representatives, the America of individual liberty and freedom has been under assault.
During the Trump presidency, the federal judiciary has consistently undermined the clear Constitutional authority of the Executive Branch to conduct the foreign policy of the United States by interfering with matters of naturalization, immigration, and border security. The actual “war” against the United States has been raging for three years since “sanctuary” cities and states began violating federal law by failing to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). These same Blue State governors and mayors are allowing, rationalizing, and justifying the rioting and looting, night after night since George Floyd was killed in Minnesota over Memorial Day Weekend. This was police brutality no matter what the color of Mr. Floyd’s skin; 99.9 percent of Americans are appalled by what happened to George Floyd.
Protesting racism can be done peaceably without rioting and looting. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. proved that. Since the Democrats have done little to stop the rioting and looting, we can only conclude that they approve of it. Therefore, it’s time that we consider the rioting and looting open rebellion against the United States and that these are the first shots of the Second Civil War, the same way that the South Carolina militia fired on Fort Sumter in 1861.
Authority under the Insurrection Act of 1807
Legal experts say the president has the authority under the Insurrection Act of 1807 to dispatch the military in states that are unable to put down an insurrection or are defying federal law.
In the last half-century, presidents have sent the military to Southern states to ensure desegregation of schools there in the 1950s and 1960s, and to Los Angeles after the California governor sought federal help during the 1992 riots.
The president needs to end the looting and rioting. The massive unemployment caused by the Covid-19 lockdown response has contributed to this mess.
For more than 40 years, the United States has allowed unfettered immigration from the Third World, and we now have nationwide rioting that this country has never seen previously. By avoiding measures to protect citizens and property, Democratic leaders are actively defying the Constitutional value of the Rule of Law.
President Trump ought to command the military to invade any place in the United States to quell riots and looting. America is dying before our eyes. As we have seen with the lockdowns and the Covid-19 health decrees, the individual liberties of citizens everywhere to conduct business and to assemble and travel freely has been denied.
This cannot stand any longer.
As America re-opens, anyone who is scared for whatever reason ought to stay home. Brave Americans must no longer be restrained from conducting commerce anywhere in the United States. Covid-19 has waned, but the fear, rioting, and looting pandemics remain.
